Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis is one of the most effective and reliable forms of water treatment available for the removal of impurities. The process can remove 90 – 99 per cent of all dissolved solids from a given water supply. By applying pressure the water is forced through a membrane; the pure water (permeate) is separated from the water containing dissolved solids (reject).
Reverse Osmosis is a physical process that does not require the use of chemicals, making it environmentally friendly. Owing to its versatility and excellent performance, this simple technology is suitable for a wide range of applications. Please contact Culligan to discuss a specific project.
Typical Applications include: protection and pre-treatment of process water, private water supplies, food and beverage preparation, ice and drinking water production, car washes, horticulture, clean rooms, laboratories, humidification, dishwashers, boiler feeds.
